Remote
If possible, we offer as much remote assistance as possible. This way you can continue with your work without being disturbed on-site. Depending on your configuration, we can support you through TeamViewer or TightVNC to be able to solve your problem as quickly as possible or to answer your question as quickly as possible.
On-site
Some things just can’t be fixed remotely. That is why we also provide on-site service to cable your building and install WiFi antennas so that the coverage is optimal throughout the building. Or to connect the printer or check your PCs for hardware errors such as leaking capacitors and dust that prevents heat from dissipating and slows down your equipment.
Second opinion
It sometimes happens that there are constructional errors, such as an electrical installation that does not comply with regulations. A concrete example of this is an insufficient or non-functioning leakage current protection. As a result, modern switched-mode power supplies can be damaged beyond repair. A floor that causes ESD problems or a TV on which the signal quality is insufficient due to interference from the cable duct are also examples of this.
Domotics
We can also help you with the installation and optimization of robotic vacuum cleaners and robotic lawnmowers, including installing the perimeter and guide wire, and advising and installing home automation systems to make your property smart.
This includes making electronic door locks, doorbells, thermostats, (emergency) lighting and fire detectors work together so that in the event of a fire alarm the escape route is illuminated and the doors are already open. After all, in emergency situations you would rather not look for the keys!
